Kinky Kurl Out Habesha Bob - Finger Comber

Simply put, FingerComber units are Kinky Kurly, Kinky Coily natural hair wigs "made by naturals, for naturals".  Several years ago, when FingerComber.com first hit the natural hair scene, I purchased their original FingerComber unit, and to this day, it's still going strong!  

You know I love's me a good CovaGirl™, so I decided it was time to add another one of their protective styles to my collection.  This time, I chose the Kinky Kurl Out (HB) Habesha Bob unit.  The angular bob design is inspired by the bobbed cuts of the Habesha naturals in Etheopia, Somalia, and Eritrea.  There are  a few sweet and sassy style options one can achieve with this CovaGirl™!

So....

I was at the beauty supply, minding my business, when suddenly our "eyes" met.

Finally, a braided unit that was not too long, with just the right amount of texture, and low sheen!  When I asked the clerk "How much is this unit?", she said, "Eighty-fih dollas"....  {blink blink}  Obviously, I was interrupting her meal.  O.o

.... I'm a firm believer of protective styling as a tool to help retain length, especially during the cooler months.  Wearing CovaGirls™ is one of my favorite go to options during this time of year; your head is covered from the cold, and you can be stylish at the same time.  Functional beauty -- yeah, that's how I roll.

Kinky Curly Synthetic CovaGirl™ by K'ryssma

I'm always perked up for natural looking CovaGirls™.   They're one of my favorite protective style options during the colder months.

This one, I got from Amazon, has a lot of hair so if you're a BIG HAIR DON'T CARE diva than this one's for you.  I love big hair, but for my face and neck I had to give her a haircut.
